Terms and Conditions of Use — FORM for SketchUp

1. License Grant

By downloading or purchasing FORM for SketchUp ("the Product"), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for the purpose of creating in-house design proposals, client-facing documents, models for manufacturing, and internal business development.

You may use FORM in a commercial context (e.g., to design furniture or interiors for clients), but you may not sell, share, or distribute the Product or its components to third parties, whether digitally or physically.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All components of FORM—including SketchUp models, technical drawings, documentation, and textures—are the intellectual property of Objects and Concepts Limited. This license grants you the right to use the content, but not to copy, redistribute, modify for resale, or claim ownership.

3. Permitted Uses

✔ Create concept designs and presentations
✔ Use in client projects and documentation
✔ Generate technical drawings for internal use or manufacturing
✔ Modify components for internal workflow integration
✔ Use across your business, agency, or design studio

4. Prohibited Uses

✘ Do not resell or redistribute the Product or any modified versions
✘ Do not share files with third parties outside your organization
✘ Do not repackage any part of FORM into your own product or offering
✘ Do not upload or publish the files to public model libraries or marketplaces
✘ Do not use the components to build a competing product or library

5. Free Access vs. Subscription

  • Free Download: Includes a fixed pack of components with no support or future updates.
  • Subscription Access (£32.99/month): Includes monthly component drops, technical support, and access to new features, updates, and file formats.

All users, free or paid, are subject to the same license terms described in this agreement.

6. Support and Updates

  • Free Version: Provided as-is with no guarantee of updates or support.
  • Subscription Users: Receive priority support, new monthly components, and feature updates while the subscription is active.

7. Digital Watermarking and Usage Monitoring

Each download of FORM is uniquely associated with the user account and email address at the time of access. While visible watermarks may not be present, all files are digitally marked and traceable.

Unauthorized distribution of FORM—whether in whole or in part—may result in immediate license termination and legal action.

8. Access to Updates and New Features

FORM is an evolving product. Only users with an active subscription will receive:

  • Automatic updates
  • New components or modules
  • Feature enhancements
  • Access to additional file types or integrations

If your subscription ends or you are using the free version, you will not be entitled to any future downloads, updates, or support.

9. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if any of these terms are violated. Upon termination, you must cease using FORM and delete all associated files from your systems.

10. Liability and Warranty

The Product is provided without warranties of any kind. Objects and Concepts Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from its use, including production errors, design issues, or software incompatibility.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
